This message is for the owner of the franchise. Your service was unacceptable today. I will find another provider. Overpriced for the service provided. A single stylist in the shop with a 40 minute wait and the employee needs to stop the haircut to answer the phone. . The gentleman waiting behind me commented to me about the same issue. Completely unsatisfied with the service

It’s was my first time here and I just got the best haircut I’ve ever had! Megan did an amazing job and made it a great experience and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I will never have my haircut anywhere else! Thank you Megan!
