I arrived on time for my appointment with Chin, someone indicated on the waiting list that I had not arrived. As a result she took another customer and we were both there at the same time...had me wait 25 minutes. The manager didn't even listen or apologize. I had to go to Chin myself to let her know a mistake was made. She promised to move quickly with this customer. Never was ignored so much before. I will still be back.

This message is for the owner of the franchise. Your service was unacceptable today. I will find another provider. Overpriced for the service provided. A single stylist in the shop with a 40 minute wait and the employee needs to stop the haircut to answer the phone. . The gentleman waiting behind me commented to me about the same issue. Completely unsatisfied with the service

Loved going here, but stopped recently. Love getting the MVP, but sorry don’t like getting it from a dude.
